Coffee, Case Notes & Colouring — The Reflective Colouring Workbook

A reflective colouring workbook for people who spend their days holding space for others.

Coffee, Case Notes & Colouring is a gentle reflective workbook created for people working in clinical and helping roles.

A small, easy-to-use, accessible tool for the quieter moments we sometimes catch — or create — between the bigger ones.

Inside, you’ll find illustrated pages, small prompts and blank space for colouring, scribbling, pausing and making sense of the day.

The illustrations reflect the tone and rhythm of real workdays — honest, a little wry, and shaped by the kinds of moments only someone inside this work would recognise.

Keep it on your desk. Bring it into supervision. Use it at home after a big day. Gift it to a colleague, a student, or someone who might need a moment of their own.

There’s no right way to use it — just a little more room to pause, think, colour, scribble and breathe.

First Edition Launch

These are the very first printed copies of the Reflective Colouring Workbook, created before Soft Chaos Press became The Reflective Scribble Co.

The name has changed, but the thinking behind the pages hasn’t.

This first edition carries our original Soft Chaos Press branding and is available at a special launch price while stock lasts.

Same reflective scribbles. New name. The beginning of The Reflective Scribble Co.
