The Reflective Scribble Co. grew from my experience as a social worker and the privilege of creating space for reflective practice.
I’ve seen how valuable reflection can be — and how easily it gets pushed aside when the day is busy, the next task is waiting and formal supervision might still be weeks away.
I began wondering what it would look like to make reflection feel a little less formal and more accessible. Not another task or form to complete, but something that could sit nearby and offer five minutes to scribble, colour, notice or think.
That idea became The Reflective Scribble Co.
At its heart, it’s about creating small, creative moments for reflection within the reality of helping-profession work — the busy days, difficult conversations, competing demands and things that sometimes stay with us long after the work is done.
These tools aren’t designed to replace supervision or professional accountability. They’re designed to sit alongside them.
A little permission to pause. To scribble. To colour. To think.
