We hope you love your reflective scribbles, but if something isn’t right, please get in touch.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item where possible.

We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where a product does not meet those guarantees.

Change of mind

Because we are a small business producing limited runs, we do not currently offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Returning an item

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, Australian Consumer Law may require reasonable return costs to be reimbursed.
